Functional Health coaching Consultation - free
This call provides an introduction to the coaching process and style, and an opportunity to have any questions answered. We will briefly discuss what’d you like to get out of coaching together and see if we are a good fit.
45 Minute Health Coaching Sessions - $50
Coaching sessions are held via Zoom or voice call, and last about 45 minutes. Session structure and takeaways are unique to each client.
60 Minute manifestation consultation - $150
Manifestation consultations are held in person or via Zoom. In this session, I will teach you the process of manifestation/law of attraction and give you all the tools you need to manifest was is calling to you!!

Healing
30-minute Chakra Balancing Session - $50
This session uses meditation, crystals and energy healing to clear and balance your chakras. Post session, clients receive an evaluation of their chakras pre- and post- balancing.

60-minute Full Crystal Healing Session - $80
A full hour allows for a deeper exploration into the client’s chakra system and energetic misalignments by exploring what is currently going on physically, mentally and energetically. A full chakra balancing is followed by Reiki infused crystal healing in areas that need additional work. Post session, you will receive an evaluation of your chakras pre- and post-balancing as well as crystal recommendations.
90-minute Full Crystal Healing Session with Reiki and Reading - $100
This session is a scared container for full healing. We begin the session with an Oracle Card reading, followed by charka balancing, crystal healing, and Reiki.
