Sound Healing
A brief overview
The Sound Space specializes in the use and application of crystal alchemy singing bowls for deeply restorative meditation. In a sound bath, participants lay comfortably with eyes closed while deeply listening to sound. Unique sound frequencies are produced by specialized sound healing instruments and played by sound healing professionals. Being fully immersed in the sound, listeners enter deep states of meditation and relaxation. Sound baths are used to promote relaxation and aid mindfulness practices.
Sound healing may help individuals reduce stress, soothe pain, and increase creativity. Sound healing can calm the nervous system, promote relaxation, deepen meditation, and aid in mind-body awareness.

Usui Reiki
Reiki is a form of subtle energy that resembles the life force energy, Ki, that all healers use. This life force energy is referred to as prana in Hindu philosophy or Qi in Chinese medicine. During training, a reiki practitioner becomes attuned to the reiki energy. This allows the practitioner to be a conduit for the energy to flow through them and into their clients.
Reiki energy is intelligent, guided by a higher consciousness. It naturally flows to wherever it is needed and can never cause harm. Reiki energy can be used to alleviate energetic blockages, stress, tension, and pain. Clients leave their sessions feeling calm, grounded, at ease and relieved of stress.
Reiki healing is used to clear and balance the energetic roots of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dis-ease. Kinsey uses a powerful hands-off technique coupled with crystal healing that leaves clients feeling calm, relaxed, cleared and renewed.
